Physicians Imaging desires to execute a 15 to 20 year lease with
up to 6,000 sq. ft. for a diagnostic center which would have
the capability to do MRI’s, CT-Scans, X-ray’s, Dexa-scan and
a broad range of Ultrasound procedures with the infrastructure
in place to accommodate a PET-scan on a mobile/rental basis.
Physicians Imaging desires to operate in a facility that also houses office space for healthcare providers: orthopedics, internal medicine, pulmonary, ENT, gastroenterology, gynecology,
and obstetrics, plastic surgery, urology, pediatrics, psychiatry, dentistry, ophthalmology, sleep lab, chiropractic and other
medical specialties. Related services include a laboratory, physical rehabilitation center, and medical supplies store.
