Center Location and
Space Requirements
- Proximity to patients’ homes and physician offices.
- Street exposure with adequate signage.
- A building of about 10,000 sq. ft. to house a diagnostic center and its medical directors.
- Where an existing building is unavailable, land already zoned commercial that does not have site-related problems will be considered for development based on Physicians Imaging’s existing site plans and architectural blueprints.
- A site large enough to accommodate additional physician offices and a leased PET-scan one or two days a week is preferred.
- Sufficient land to meet long-term parking needs.
